As an experienced HR practitioner and human capital consulting director with over 20 years of experience, he partners with clients to create an inclusive culture and engaged workforce to accelerate large-scale transformation, develop emerging talent and business growth. His experience spans across many industry sectors. Specifically, he has consulted to professional services, engineering, industrial products, and not-for-profit organizations.

Rob is a Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and trained as a Prosci Change Management practitioner.
