Troy Vincent is the Founder and CEO of Navigate Wellbeing Solutions. For nearly 20 years, he has been leading the wonderful "Do Gooders" at Navigate, a purpose-driven healthcare technology and employee engagement company that serves nearly 2 million people worldwide.

Troy's expertise in the employee engagement and wellbeing industry, combined with nearly two decades of leadership experience in healthcare, benefits strategy, carrier relations, operations, and talent development, has enabled Navigate to become one of the Top 5 leading providers of health and wellbeing solutions.

Navigate's mission is to help people and organizations find purpose, meaning, and fulfillment together through the 8 Pillars of Wellbeing (Balance, Community, Financial, Mindfulness, Nutrition, Physical, Purpose, Social). Under Troy's leadership, Navigate is the first employee wellbeing engagement platform to fully integrate a framework that drives culture, psychological safety, inclusive multicultural communication, and wellbeing via the NavigateYOU personality assessment.

Troy is driven by one simple phrase: "We are here to make good things happen for other people." As a result of that passion, Navigate has earned the right to partner with clients such as BMW, Garmin, Hy-Vee Food Stores, City of Boston, City of Dallas, and hundreds of small businesses that generate the heartbeat of our nation.

Troy was named a finalist for Entrepreneur Of The Year® by Ernst & Young in 2020. Troy graduated with a BA in Business from Central College and completed additional studies in Executive Management at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College. Troy also recently led the strategic private equity investment for Navigate by McCarthy Capital.

Outside of Navigate, Troy devotes his time to his wife Kayrin, their daughter Caroline, local boards, and charities including Blank Children's Hospital, Boys and Girls Club, Special Olympics, and the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
