Deba is currently an Senior Vice President and Product Area Leader for Employer Servicing and Integration within Fidelity's Workplace business (the leading provider of 401(k) plans and other employer benefits with $3.7 trillion+ dollars under administration). He leads product management and development for external integration with employers, payroll/HR providers, and other third parties.

In his 13+ years at Fidelity, he has held senior leadership roles in Product, Relationship Management, and Strategy. Prior to Fidelity, he held various leadership roles in Technology. He holds an MBA (Honors) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) from National Institute of Technology, India.
