We want employees who will fit into our culture. A fast-paced go-getter may not 'fit' in an environment characterized by hierarchy and 9-5 schedules. But what if that structured organization aspires to be more agile - to become the workplace that would attract our go-getting friend? In this workshop we address the benefits of hiring for both present and future states, for both culture 'fit' and culture 'add.' As companies evolve to meet shifting external demands, your hiring must evolve with it, with one eye on today and the other on tomorrow.

- Differentiate between 'culture fit' and 'culture add'.
- Identify how your organization wants to evolve.
- Identify a skill or mindset that may not 'fit' today but aligns with cultural aspirations.
