This session blends best practices, humor and case law to balance legal risk and good business decision-making. Don't let the attorney be the loudest voice in the room. Learning Objectives:

• Attendees will be prepared to develop, influence and execute strategies for managing organizational change that balance the expectations of the organization, their employees and the law.
