Giselle is the Practice Lead in OptimusSBR’s Learning & Enablement Group with over 20 years experience as a sought after resource to industry leaders across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors dedicated to building strategies and programs that help clients target, motivate and engage employees in order to increase performance and productivity. Giselle has devoted more than eighteen years to researching the impact that generational differences have on organizational performance, creating solutions and programs in five practice areas – sales & customer service, leadership, team building, Millennials & Gen Zs and HR. Giselle has co-authored two books: Loyalty Unplugged: How to Get, Keep & Grow All Four Generations and Upgrade Now: 9 Advanced Leadership Skills . Giselle also completed Canada’s first national survey on Gen Zs in 2017.
Giselle works collaboratively with executive stakeholders to ensure talent management solutions are tailored to an organization’s context and environment, while positioning the organization for success and minimizing human capital risk. Prior to joining OptimusSBR, Giselle spent 18 years as co-founder and President of n-gen People Performance Inc. and completed her Masters of Arts Degree in Communications Studies at the University of Windsor. Giselle is Chair of the Board at The Institute for Performance and Learning, a member of the Cross Academy Association and the Human Resource Management & Organizational Behaviour Advisory Council at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University.
