Attendees will learn how AI can work for their total rewards offering, thereby helping to increase employee engagement and enrolment, as well as solutions that can work for their processes, associated risks of AI and how to mitigate these.
AI is transforming the way companies around the world operate and promote their total rewards packages. Our panel will delve into how AI can be adopted by companies of all sizes to enhance their employee benefits; from using AI chat bots to answer employee queries anytime, anywhere, to utilizing gamification in educating employees about their benefits, and much, much more. AI isn't without its issues though and our speakers will discuss the risks associated with adopting AI and look at measures that can be taken to overcome these.
