Workplace culture is not built from a few big moments, but rather from many little moments that add up over time and can either make colleagues feel included or that they don't belong. The Band of Sisters are a group of former PepsiCo executives who have seen it all from the bottom rung to the boardroom, with operating experience across 20+ industries ranging from large corporations to small startups. They will share insights and actions from their book "You Should Smile More" to illustrate these micro-moments - the little things you didn't know mattered. The Band of Sisters use humor and story-telling to make everyday bias easy to recognize, and they provide practical solutions for all genders and all levels.
