In this session, “Transforming Human Resources: The Future of HR in the Age of AI,” we explore how Artificial Intelligence is revolutionizing businesses. In order for HR to catalyze business success by enabling the workforce, HR professionals will need to become experts in AI. The session provides insights into AI’s impact on decision-making, personalization of employee development, and prediction of workforce trends. Attendees will learn how different AI types show up in the workplace. Additionally, attendees will get a sneak peak of how SHRM sees AI being leveraged to take HR from reactive to strategic in a few clicks.
