Data Influencers harness data to effectively communicate with executives, drive decision-making, and ultimately achieve their goals. In this session, we will delve into a four-step data strategy employed by HR leaders to address challenging questions, evaluate hiring requests, assess the impact of potential mergers, divestitures, and outsourcing, and optimize HR practices. Through practical examples and case studies, we will explore how these data-driven approaches have transformed organizations and elevated the role of HR professionals.
