The recent Surgeon General report on Mental Health and Well-being reports 81% of workers will be looking for workplaces that support mental health in the future. This tells us that understanding the importance of well-being and work-life balance is mission-critical to attracting and retaining the best talent.
Everyone faces stress and balance issues. What you do with it makes the difference between enjoying or resenting your life and being challenged or overwhelmed. The trick is to take back control! In this dynamic, unconventional, and entertaining session, we will address the subject of well-being and work-life balance from a refreshing common-sense point of view.
We will address the issue of life balance– is it attainable? Is it even a real thing? How do we balance our workload with our personal lives? In the second part of this life-changing session, we will look at the 6 key areas of our lives and define where we have the power to change and grow. Everyone struggles with it – this will give you the tools to succeed!
