Your employees are smart, engaged and informed as to the political climate in our society.  Congratulations!  But that is sometimes accompanied with activism and solicitation of others.  This presentation will address the line between free, and appropriate, speech and inappropriate activism at work and what HR can do to educate employees on the proper expression of ideals in the workplace.Learning Objectives:Walk away with knowledge of how to anticipate that an employee behavior is veering out of bounds before it occurs;Hear how to instruct employees in political expression in the workplace;Discuss when intervention is necessary.
