Seating Schedule: Reserved Accessibility & Accommodations Advanced Seating opens 10 minutes before general seating. General seating starts at specific times: Sunday at 2:00 pm, Monday and Tuesday at 7:30 am, and Wednesday at 8:00 am.

A storm is coming for HR. We are not yet prepared for the cyclone of AI, reskilling demands, an aging workforce and more disruption we can't predict.

Moreover, in this election year we face growing challenges to civility and equity in the workplace that carry real risks to employee well-being and the safety of our larger society. 

Johnny will inspire us to run toward and through the storm, not run for shelter — where it will ultimately overtake us. Meeting the most difficult challenges head-on will allow us to harness and drive the outcomes that will protect our organizations, empower our people and elevate our profession.
