This session will explore the barriers to forming new relationships faced by new hires, and share several simple ideas for how to incorporate more opportunities for relationship-building and connection into the employee onboarding process.

The need for activities that encourage connection is especially critical for remote and hybrid teams. This session will focus on simple activities teams can do to help foster individual connections and a sense of belonging between new and existing team members.
