An innovative organizational culture is not only  key to unleashing employees' innate potential but a driving factor for business success and talent retention. How can organizations intentionally create a culture of innovation and recognize the conditions that enable or disable this? This session will explore  how HR leaders can transform culture to increase employee engagement and propel business performance.
